One of the magic ingredients in our famous scones (and ALL our baked goods!) is salt from Sea Salts of Hawai'i.  The salt is harvested off the Kona coast and brings a special element to any dish.  Great for baking, cooking, as a finishing salt, detoxing and making sacred spaces.  It's part of the "Kai" that makes PeleKai and honors our love of Hawai'i and all of the islands.
